My big question with Kubiak is do Bucs have the personnel on OL to run his system?Personally I think the Bucs line right now is more suited for the Power game that Rainey flourished with in his early success...
The personnel we have on the OL Can't run any system. They suck, so we will be getting replacements to match the OC

He is awful. Not sure why so many people like him. I'm tired of the run based offense. I wanna see this team spread you out, sprinkle in the run to keep the defense honest.

I'm all for Roman myself. Not really into Bevell too much. And don't want any defensive HC.
If new coach is on the way, have to go offense. Find best OC out there who calls own plays and go grab him. Don't see another Andy Reid situation happening again unfortunately.

Is Greg Roman that great? I like him a lot entering this season. But the offense seems like its taken a step back. Kaep sucks though. Bevell seems like a decent candidate, but its another power run game type offense.

Well wat, I can stand here and tell you truthfully that I never thought rg3 was worth much going into the nfl. It's starting to look like he might be a bust even.I respect your opinions, but in no way can I agree that rg throws the ball better than jff or has any of the mental aspects needed in the nfl. Jff has those characteristics that rg doesn't. The question with him is his adaptability to the pro game and his size/concern of injuries. Those would be the only similarities imo.

I'm not convinced that Seattle offense would be worth schit if it wasn't for Wilson running around like Tarkenton. Put in a typical pocket passer and I think they go nowhere. SF though I think you can plug in almost any type of QB and make it work with some minor tweaking.
Roman is a pretty good. Would rather him be coaching here than schiano, no question about it.He would be one of the top guys on my list of new coaching candidates for this team

I can't agree with that. I don't like RGme but he's the better QB and it's not even close.
