Teams should be allowed to sign their own draftees

The salary cap has pluses . . . and minuses. It's good to see players have some freedom play with other teams that they want, and for teams to e able to play with some other players they wish they had. But, the salary cap destroys teams plans, left and right.

I'm not saying there shouldn't be free-agency, and some salary cap; But, I'm thinking teams should have salary cap relief for players they draft.

Players that get cut, whether former free agents, or draftees become free agents.
