You can make the argument that he needs to bulk up, but experience-wise, there is nothing more for him to accomplish in college. He is one of the most polished QB prospects to come out of college in the last decade. I've watched him play in a number of games. Dude makes it look easy. He may need to add about 10-15 lbs., but he doesn't need to stay in college another year to do that. It would be a waist of time for him.
