The Dolphins offered Teddy big money but he wants to stay with the Saints to be Brees successor.
So the Dolphins will be a good candidate to trade up with the Bucs from #13 to #5 to get their QB.
They are talking to Tyrod Taylor now that the Teddy deal fell through.
