You don't use a 1st round top 8 pick on a guy and call it a competition. It's pretty much set in stone at that point.
Carr's stock will go either south or rise during the Senior Bowl week, this is where team's will see how he is in a regular offense, I actually like the kid's talent and am anxious to see how he performs.
