Tez should have been a 4th or 5th round pick. The fact that he dropped to the 7th because of his 40 time was always insane to me.
Honestly 40 times matter in the first three rounds IMO. Beyond round three you have to be able to show something on tape.

Agreed
Im tellin' yall, when tez is a bigger part of the offense we're gonna see him break some defenders' ankles before long!
the only problem for him are the names in front of him on the depth chart
Pretty cool backstory
“Jason came down and asked me to watch this kid and told me to take a peek at him,” Bowles explained yesterday. “I know he really liked him, and when we like somebody, we go down and ask [each] other to take a look.
“I took a look at this guy, and he was not just a small guy. He was a true receiver – he could run routes, he can catch the ball, he could return punts, he competed in the blocking game.
“I said, ‘He might not be bad.’ Then [Johnson] was hanging around [in the draft] at a time where we could grab him, and we grabbed him.”
cant believe he thought people were chanting MVP for him. like wow dude lol
he was just excited and he admitted he was slow sometimes lol.cant believe he thought people were chanting MVP for him. like wow dude lol
i've always liked him since his first presser. Of he keeps up production, we could have another fan favorite on us.
i love this draft class so far.
His response to the call from Licht on draft day was the best.
In a quivering crying grateful voice he asks in the most sincere way possible "What took you so long, man?"
Love this kid
Hope he keep playing like that! Seems like a great kid.
