As we get ready to do battle with the Eagles and Ronde is inducted into the ROH, let us not forget to give those Santa Claus hating fans a big THANK YOU (and a hug if they want it) for what they have done for us Bucs fans. Where would we be without them?????
The Bucs closed out Veterans Stadium on Jan 19, 2003, defeating the Eagles 27 - 10 propelling the Bucs to the Superbowl game where the Eagles were supposed to go and where Chucky was able to have two weeks to gameplan against his old team and the Bucs won. What would be the legacy of the Bucs Hall of Fame players if the Bucs had lost that game. If Ronde didn't make that famous pick six and go on to get a Superbowl ring, would he be in the HOF? I think not. Would John Lynch be in the HOF without that ring? No. Derrick Brooks and Warren Sapp would probably be in the Hall anyway, but without that legacy of having won a Superbowl.
Buccaneer fans reflect back with fondness about that Superbowl team and all the great plays and great times of that season. I still have the DVD even though I don't have a DVD player anymore. Life as a Buc fan just wouldn't be the same if we had lost in the NFC Championship game.....
But thanks in part to the Eagles, WE WON! So if you are going to the game, please remember to thank an Eagles fan and give them a big hug!
Didnt we also open the next season by eating them in the NEW stadium?

yep. 17-0 if my memory serves me correctly
wed have some other memorable wins over them
the Matt Bryant 62 yard field goal game where Barber had 2 pick 6s against McNabb
The Jamies Winston 5 touchdown pass game
the Ryan Fitzpatrick 2-0 start being the defending Super Bowl champs
ofcourse are 2 victories over them in 2021 campaign
Pewterreport doesnt see a Win and Vegas has us as 5 point home dogs but we have a fighting chance if we continue to play mistake free football, Carlton Davis plays, and we stop the run
Hope Davis plays

That it was.
Jurevicius, again, ripped the hearts out of that cesspool fan base in Philly.
Comical watching them cry as they were walking out of the stadium.
Closed the Vet and made the Linc our home in less than a year.
the bucaneers are dogshit, they have a mediocre QB, they will get reamed in 2023, yes lets go back 20 years ago, bucs have been irrelevant for 20 years minus brady and one lucky run. the saints own you, the eagles will own you monday. btw how's florida these days LMAO
baker mayfield pouahahahahahahahaha, man can't wait to go back the next day and trash you cunts.
as expected this forum and fanbase is non existent LMAO, crying about eagles fanbase because you fatass in the south cant banter or take a punch? bahahahahahaha. enjoy the floods btw florida.
It's understandable that Eagles fans are a little sensitive. It took 15 years to get that Superbowl Ring the Bucs stole out from under them. Lets go see the Liberty Bell. There it is. It's a bell. OK what else is there to do in Philadelphia? Nothing. Unless you like picking up trash. In that case you'll stay busy.

im glad you mention that....how amazing that in this century there is only one franchise with more Superbowl victories then the Bucs - Tom Brady Patriots of course
and sure, it's great that your franchise is relevant every year in the playoff hunt but damn that must suck that you've only managed to win it once, what a dick tease!
What team will Hurts be on in 2025 trying to rectify his career?
