Bucs open up as 12.5 point underdogs. It's probably money even that high but it's out of my comfort zone. Maybe I'll chuck it in a parlay. Definitely not gold though. Vegas has it figured out. Dammit!!!!
No matter how you spin it you are rooting for the Saints. Who seriously wants the Bucs to lose to the Saints? If you're a real Bucs fan you would never want that EVER.
If you are a real Bucs fan, you NEVER want Schiano on the Bucs sideline ever again. That's a higher priority.

Yes, I actually think it could. I think that if the Bucs played hard and possibly won, the owners would think that Schiano still has the team and could think that another season could be the turn around. If the Bucs get embarrassed, the Glazers could finally believe that this team has cashed it in on Schiano. I don't know the Glazer's mindset, no one does. To me, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Win or lose its time for Shiano to go. 4-12 or 5-11 doesnt really matter

I know that... you know that. What I don't know is if the Glazers know that. That's what worries me.
The glazers only care about the bottom line. With that being said, someone needs to crunch the numbers and find out what would hurt them in the pocket more, schiano or improvement.
We could be picking anywhere from 3rd to 8th depending on what happens next week. Despite who you believe the top prospects are, picking in the top 5 has significantly more value than picking 6-8. It's just math. We should also be rooting for wins by Jax, Cleveland, Oakland, Minnesota, and Atlanta x 2. It gives our pick more value, end of story. Don't give me the argument that picking at 6 could produce just as productive a player as 3. We could be picking the same player at 6 in addition to extra picks obtained via trade.
Hope the Bucs crush the Saints.
I don't think anything that happens in Week 17 impacts the decision. This season has been over for a long time and there weren't very many "feel-good" moments. IMO, the Glazer's already know if this staff is staying or going.

You might be right. I just hope that the decision was made sometime around 0-8.
