The problem is the Bucs have a rookie HC, possibly a lameduck GM, and possibly more roster turnover.
Rookie HC: I think Koetter is learning a tough lesson about choosing the right coordinators instead of helping friends out. If he wants to continue to grow as a HC next off season he must make tough decisions.
Lameduck GM?: If Licth goes, that would make Koetter a lame duck HC as well, so that would be the worst case scenario. But it is a real possibility as well which I do not want to happen.
Roster turnover: This team has lost too much talent because of roster turnover.
This team needs to stick with a plan and stop dicking around with gimmicks (eg drafting a kicker in the 2nd round) or luxury picks with the draft. Treat free agency seriously in regards to filling all the holes.
