Buccaneers hire Isaiah Harris as director of player development By Sander Philipse?@Sanderrp Feb 1 2014, 2:03pmUSA TODAY Sports The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired a director of player development in Isaiah Harris. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired Isaiah Harris as their director of player development, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune. Harris served in that role with the Chicago Bears for the past seven years. He was the Vikings' player development assistant for three years prior to that, and functioned as an operations intern with the Vikings for five years. The Buccaneers did not have a player development executive under Greg Schiano. Typically, the director of player development is in charge of helping players with everything that goes on in their lives not directly related to football, such as finances, education and career transitions. Harris also assisted in practices and was well-respected in the locker room, Biggs notes. It's not clear why the Bears allowed him to leave, though it's certainly possible they could not prevent him from leaving, as this is neither a coaching nor scouting position. http://www.bucsnation.com/2014/2/1/5368440/buccaneers-hire-isaiah-harris-as-director-of-player-development
Everybody loves Raymond Lovie... If they can follow him, they probably will...
That's interesting especially from the standpoint that Schiano's staff was the largest in the NFL.

Schiano didn't have an hc on his staff either.
They hired someone to help grown men keep up with their personal lives? Great, he's a professional baby-sitter.
Well what was Butch Davis doing?
Schiano didn't have an hc on his staff either.
If I still used simple text in my tagline, that would be stolen right now xD

The author needs to point out who has this title with both the Broncos and Seahawks before moving on.
