When they find a qb. They have been trying to find the right coach for years but who's been the QBs those years? Leftwich, Josh Johnson, Freeman, Glennon in his rookie season with a crap team, McCown who's been a journeyman. Even in Grudens years whenever QB was in question we found ourselves in poor position. It's obvious that when we won our SB Brad Johnson played great and mistake free football to complement the defense. Since then we had no qb, no defense or both. It should be no surprise to anybody that we haven't been a good team in a long time. Bucs need to get themselves a QB.
