The Bucs won’t have Jameis Winston on stadium mural to start the 2018 season. Isn't this a clear sign that they are planning to cut or trade him? Wouldn't it be better for the Bucs to cut their losses now with Winston, and then get a better QB next season? What are your thoughts?
