Before the 4th down failed QB sneak, the spot on the 3rd down run by Sims was unbelievably bad. He may not have had the 1st down, but he was much closer then the spot, which had the Bucs losing a half yard. That's the spot that should have been challenged. The QB sneak with the correct spot results in a 1st down.
