They did.
That Super Bowl is a combination of things. A highly-motivated Brady, a cast of players who came here because of him, including maybe one of the best TEs ever. And many drafted players and free agents that preceded Brady's arrival.

But wasn't that true with the first Super Bowl win? Dilger, McCardell, Keysahwn and Pittman were an integral part of the offense. The Bucs are not in the phase of bringing in free agent vets to push them over the top as they are clearly focusing on the draft.

It's gotta be more than that imo. He has to win a playoff game to get another year from me. He's proven nothing and this division is not good so making it in will not be good enough to prove he is worth keeping. There is better out there. The team would be making another massive mistake regarding bowles.
