I have been coming around to Jameis as our QB but one thing has always bothered me and that's the silence of his teammates who were there. Kinsman claims Darby told Winston she said no, and you need to stop. Then Jameis took her into the bathroom and locked the door. Jameis claims they were trying to join in and/or videotape instead. (BTW just because a girls gives oral sex and gives other indications, doesn't mean they can't say no more at some point in the encounter as she becomes uncomfortable)Now comes the alleged discovery that Darby had posted a possibly remorseful post on his facebook page a day and a half later If Kinsman's story is a blatant lie, why hasn't Cash or Darby come to his defense in a statement to the public? What happens if Kinsman's story IS true and one of them later backs up her claims, perhaps at the civil trial? Winston is suspended from the NFL and quite possibly subject to criminal prosecution with the new evidence. I really hope part of the Bucs investigation incudes interviews with those two. I understand there could be some legal or personal reasons they aren't making public statements but if my friend was being slandered like that, I would certainly step in and defend him no matter what.Darby and Cash hold the key.
