I know this has been on your minds... but I'll just say it since we all now know it's true...

Moss>Vaughn

Said it then and I'll say it again now. The clear superior RB. Vaughn was such a reach. Moss clears him big time now that he's healthy.

Apologies are welcomed but not expected

And yes I'm being slightly facetious and recognize it's a tiny sample size.

thought you were going to recognize Leftwich>Canales. Small sample size but damn, being in the bottom 30% of the league in offense is probably not what you Leftwich-hates expected.

Wot??!!? On WDAE this morning a question was posed to a writer from Sports Illustrated wondering if the Bucs had switched Wirfs to LT and let Goedeke play RT last year would the Bucs' season had been any better. He replied, "Did they fire Leftwich mid season?" I mean, everyone knows...

Its kinda frustrating to see we can't find a good running back, when these late rounders and undrafted guys look better than our guys, our guys just look unimpressive, and run soft

Everyone with a clue, agreed.  But the dumbass duo are notorious Leftwich defenders. They'll be proud to learn the Murse is on their side.

How can anyone defend Lefty who is currently unemployed?

Can you imagine how bad the Jags would be if he hasn't demanded more?

Wowzers

Forgot Leftwich had a HC opportunity on the table.....

What an epic fail if the Jags would've committed to that. Sucks though we could've got a 2nd round pick to use.

Not defending Leftwich in any way, more critical of Bux fans who are quiet about how bad the offense is with the change in OC coaching them to the bottom third of the league.

That may be because the offense is scoring more with less.

2022 Scoring:  18.4 PPG (with GOAT Tom Brady)

2023 Scoring:  21.0 PPG (with journeyman Baker Mayfield)

Murses...

Obviously, there is a HUGE difference in expectations. Last year began with SB expectations and in part on a "great" offense with a GOAT.  When that went south -- and particularly HOW it went south - of course there was a lot of APPROPRIATE volume against Leftwich. It was  obvious he was a paper shuffler.

The expectation going into this year was "meh."  Canales has outperformed that expectation for sure and with less, just based on the quarterback as one example.

Leftwich gets too much blame just like Canales gets too much credit (at this point). Canales has a better offense AND IS ALREADY A MUCH BETTER OC, but as much as anything else he changed one simple thing, which was to keep the offense TWO DIMENSIONAL.

A LITTL EASIER MAYBE because he works for Bowles and they both want that.  Leftwich worked for Brady! lmao.
