IMO I don't think the Glazers are going to make any moves at HC or GM this off season regardless of how the season ends. They are going to give both one more season, for better or worse. That's what my gut tells me.

As of 12/16 the Bucs have the 2nd ranked strength of schedule....right behind the team we play this week, the Rams.

As of 12/16 the Bucs have the 2nd ranked strength of schedule....right behind the team we play this week, the Rams.
And yet the Rams have 6 wins instead of 4. And 10 of the other teams have better records because they played the Bucs. And none of that changes the fact that the Bucs were given the last place schedule at the beginning of the year. What it became is on Schiano, more than anyone else.
