If you go back and look at some of Baker's picks this season several are him forcing it. His play was definitely part of yesterday's loss.
To be fair though, if your defense cant stop anything (like the first half yesterday) its got to be pretty tough to NOT force it because he must feel like they have to keep up, especially after watching the 509 yd game before and with all this game meant
i mean by that logic, maybe we shouldn't have been so hard on Jameis. The defense was brutal in his tenure here

By career, it puts him in some pretty good company, just fyi. Guys like Peyton Manning (2.15), Steve Young (2.17), Matthew Stafford (1.97), Josh Allen (2.29), Goff (2.30), etc. You can win SBs with a QB that throws 2.25 TDs/1 INT. Eli Manning won two, as we all know, with a TD/INT ratio of 1.5.
Interesting factoid I just learned two minutes ago: Joe Montana's career TD/INT ratio=1.96.

I’ll disagree. After a great start, his quality of play overall has dropped recently.
Not to pile on Bowles, but his defense has given up 36, 27, 41, and 31 pts over Tb's last four games. That's an average of 33.75pts/gm given up by the defense. Meanwhile, the offense has scored 30, 51, 31, and 26 pts over the same span, for an average of 34.5pts/gm.
You're probably going to lose a lot of games if you keep giving up nearly 34pts/gm, even if the offense is scoring 34pts/gm, just saying. And the defense is giving up nearly 20pts just in the second halfs of games.
