We've all discussed the "shiny thing" picks AdNauseam. I think we're close enough to contend right now. That being said, the areas I see in need of attention in 3 of the first 5 rounds are Right Tackle, CB and LB...Here is the shocker...OL over everything else. We were a solid RT from 11-5 last year.

1st @ pick 19 the Bucs take OL Cam Robinson

2nd @ pick 50 we take a Jones, either CB Sidney or Safety Josh

3rd @ 84 we take TE Jake Butt

4th @ 125 we take RB Brian Hill

5th @ 162 we take LB Tanner Vallejo

6th @ 204 we take WR K.D. Cannon

7th @ 237 we take QB Jerod Davis

Boring but fills holes and helps us in 2017. We got hosed at RT last season when Goz was in there, but even Dot was suspect...hell we basically lost the Dallas and Oakland games from right side edge pressure. Again, not sexy, but a functionally sound draft where we get our backup QB, a solid #2/3 RB, an explosive WR to learn from/backup D-Jax, an edge rusher/backup MLB, a more physically gifted TE than Brate, a nickel CB/safety, and a franchise RT.

What say you?

Coincidentally, this is also the draft where I could see the Bucs trading down more than once. I would love to see them take both of Cleveland second round picks for our pick at 19. I think the players that you draft between picks 15 to 60 are all in a relatively comparable talent pool...this is where J.L. "the old wheeler and dealer" could potentially get us 3 to 4 of those players instead of 2.
