Fairly obvious that the Bucs lines look good against average competition but struggle when up against upper tier competition. The D line built their reputation in last year's Superbowl run but they did so against the Packers and Chiefs who were missing a bunch of starters. All year they have trouble generating pressure with 4 guys rushing. Yesterday they rarely pressured Stafford which left him time to find open receivers. The O line gets beat up on by good defensive lines like the Rams and the Saints. And it's not just in pass protection but it's also opening holes for the running backs. They look good because Brady gets rid of the ball quickly not because they are a top unit.
