AH, HELL NO. Helfrich has one year experience at Oregon as a Head Coach. He was the Offensive Coordinator with Chip Kelly though. Bill Polian at age 71 has no desire to be a full time GM again. Just Sayin.

Would like to see Pittsburgh Steelers, Omar Khan, interviewed for Bucs' GM position. When he gets the position, have him bring in Bill Cowher to coach the team.
