This season is over. You cannot win in the NFL with horrible defense and special Teams. Not to mention the playoffs. So, I think it's time to clean house. Heck, If I were the glazers right now, I would fire Bowles and make Grizz Interim head coach. Bowles and the ST coach would be FIRED Today if it were up to me. So, thinking of replacements, I can think of no one better than Gruden to right the ship. He's available, He's good, and he lives in Tampa. Now that he's back in the Glazers good graces, I say why not? We just cannot give him "Full Control", like we did last time. He should allow Licht to handle the draft cause he can't draft worth a crap. Anyway, thoughts?

Gruden made a name for himself with his Chucky persona and enthusiasm, but that didn’t make him a great coach.

The casuals are still infatuated with "Spider 2 Y Banana" and still view it as man discovering fire.

Comical stuff.
