I personally think the Glazers would want a head coach with some NFL head coaching experience since the last two have been inexperienced and have bombed.

Yes, because fresh blood is comparable to a guy that's been in the NFL several years now?Schiano certainly wasn't perfect, had room for improvement and that chance has been stripped away from him.No suprise, with these idiot owners. It's slim pickings as far as experienced offensive minded coaches go right now. I think a lot of people need to scale back their expectations a bit.With that said, shaw might be a good one. Hard to say really.Either way, it "should" be an improvement. We've heard that before though.
I don't care if we have a college coach here or not, let's just make sure it's one who has at least been to a BCS bowl and not a guy where an 8-4 record was considered outstanding. Dantonio would be worth an interview.
