More stuff the Goobers on this board don't want to hear. If that's you, I'm giving you fair warning that you might want to stop reading right now because I'm going to use that dreaded concept: Logic. That's going to get you confused and upset so just leave now.

1) Winning NFL organizations have a plan. They don't abandon a plan after one year if the W-L record isn't what they expected. They'll probably tweak it a little, but not throw it in the trash. I'm sure most of you still reading are not arguing with this.

2) The Bucs want to be a winning NFL organization. Not the losing one that they have been. So they need to start acting like a winning organization. Therefore the Bucs need to stick to their plan. I sense some of you are starting to sweat at this point.

3) That Buccaneers plan is just starting. They hired all new coaches. That's your clue that they are starting a new plan. This is not a one year plan, not withstanding Arians coach speak. Its a multiyear plan. How many years? That's debatable. But its "multi".

4) What this means. The Bucs need to stick with the coaching staff through 2020. Sounds good. No argument there. Now is the part where you really should leave so you don't blow a gasket, or perhaps if you are a "high by niner" you are already high because it's almost 10 AM so you'll be OK.

5) The Bucs need to stick with their GM through 2020 regardless of record. Try to follow my logic. Arians is in charge of this plan. He could bring in his own GM. Wait he already has one. Licht is already Arian's GM. Arians came here planning to have Licht as his GM. He doesn't have a one year plan. He worked hand in hand with Licht on this draft to draft his guys. You can't then bail out on Licht and start with a new GM. You don't change your horse midstream IF you are a winning franchise.

6) The Bucs need to stick with their QB through 2020.. OK what are you going to at QB if Winston has another inconsistent year? Put on your seat belt you aren't going to like it: You stick with him. The Bucs will not draft a QB in Round 1 next offseason. This isn't a fixed rule for all winning franchises. But for the Bucs it's the plan. The Bucs do not have time to develop a rookie QB in "midstream". They have needs at other positions, and next year's draft has some nice OTs and DEs who will go high in the draft. That guy will be able to start from Day one. Arians does not want to start from scratch at QB. He doesn't have time for that. OK so bring in another veteran? Can you pry Phillip Rivers away for $30 mil per? Teddy Bridgewater? He has a secret deal with the Saints. Trade for Derek Carr? No thanks. Tyrod Taylor? No deep ball. Marcus Mariotta? LOL. The Bucs organization has a plan. That plan includes who's starting at QB in 2020. And looking at the reality of the situation, there is only one conclusion: Its Winston.

7) In terms of the plan, it doesn't matter what the Bucs 2019 Won-Loss record is.. The record does not matter. What is the plan? I don't have a hard copy or a digital copy. The Bucs aren't broadcasting their plan, but they have one. The difference between a winner and a loser is that you stick with it.
