Well, since you’re using the Pro Bowl starters as a reason Evans isn’t a true WR1
The dumbass apparently thinks there are only four number one WR’s in the NFC. Justin Jefferson was not a Pro Bowler last year. He must not have been a #1 WR. And did Evan’s five other Pro Bowl nods and multiple All Pro’s disappear?
It’s the thought process of a simpleton. A simpleton that is only worth mocking, especially when he self-pwns himself is his own thread. Thanks slugger.
right on cue
LMAO . . that is so obviously a troll because its not even based on what I posted

Its anger-filled Biggs making stuff up to argue against . . . TROLLING . . . because its about the name calling etc

I think Godwin's role and typical production are closer to what the external voices see as a Pro Bowl wide receiver.
Which is wild, because he is CONSTANTLY outproduced by Evans…year in and year out.
Would you just shut the fuck up already?
What’s the problem? You don’t like reading expert analysis like Evans isn’t the #1 WR and Chris Godwin is, while also trying to act as if his analysis is Evans is a #1 WR? You don’t find this asshat cogent and making solid points?
He’s pathetically entertaining and shameless. I take pride knowing he dreams about me.
I am not saying I dont think he is a true #1
So, do you view Evans as a true WR1?
Do you view Godwin as a true WR1?
Regardless of your answers on these, who would you consider a true WR1 currently in the NFL and why?

He does but you would agree in a different way, right? They play different roles, traditionally?
Again, I am not saying I agree with this but I raised the pro bowl this year because it suggest a perception of a #1 receiver that is in between the two, really? The singular threat receiver, usually smaller and quicker and agile but also with deep speed who is usually getting something like 100 receptions.
To be clear of my own thoughts: the ideal Bucs have TWO receivers who both play a part of the #1 receiver role and that is what makes the Bucs very tough to defend. Evans is helped by Godwin and Godwin helped by Evans, both helped by Gronk and/or AB when they were here and by a running game today
In fact, if you look at the Vikings Jefferson is still kiling it but they also spread the ball around

You seem very confident. Almost intimidating.

When we played the Cowboys we clearly game planned for Lamb. It did not work lol, but opposing defenses also look at Evans that way because he has a big impact on the offense and is a big scoring threat, even if often with lesser catches (65 receptions versus 100). That is why I posted Brate's comment. Much of the gritty underneath running is usually Godwin's role.
Canales tried to change that last year and with worked for Evans but not so much for Godwin so he moved him back

Not sure I’m seeing it, or which one you’re referring to.
That being said, Mike is most definitely a WR1. No debate.
Godwin, IMO, is one of the best WR2’s in the league; but he’s not a WR1.
Evans is the Bucs no.1 WR, and a true no.1 WR at that.
Evans will be a first-ballot HOFer.
LVD will have a slim chance at making the HOF.
MHO, feel free to debate with me and call me clever names.

Not sure what there is to debate here.
Mike is a WR1 both in production, coverage, and scheme.
Godwin is a Wr2 that can produce like a WR1 in the slot against the CB2 or slot corner.
Love both players but Godwin tried to line up wide and he didn't do shit... Canales was an idiot. Coen gets it.
End of discussion

Not much to debate, as it’s reality.
I wonder if there is some ignorant asshole in Kansas City that started a thread on their message board saying Patrick Mahomes isn’t a QB1 because he didn’t make the Pro Bowl this season. Hard to believe, but it’s possible. The world is full of dumbasses.
A lot of guys that deserved to be pro bowlers - didn’t make the list - but especially after two straight years of production under two different OC’s makes it hard to see Baker getting left out, while Jayden Daniels makes it… is just wild to me.
I agree that this is now the “Chip” fodder - and at the perfect time.
