Bucs draft Mariota/Winston.  We draft a few early round uglies up front (both sides of the ball), shore that weak sauce up.  And then we get Murray.  Lovie will love his style.  The guy will take an enormous load off the rookie QB as well.I say, since he is being lowballed and is 26, and has shown he can be a punishing runner, the BUCs need to seriously go after this premier talent.  And then cross the fingers that the offseason moves that WILL UNDOUBTEDLY consist of nabbing some linemen via free agency and/or draft, pans out and provides for some running room for the runners.  The Bucs need a grinder back, a punisher.  We have seen that these types of runners have their uses in todays NFL.  I am willing to bet you Lovie Smith will be clamoring hard for Demarco.  Making all sorts of noise...and by that I mean he will say, "We need Demarco.  Go sign him."  Because you know, he is taciturn and all.Rookie QB with some skills, give him some bodyguards up front, give him a bruiser back that will help the young QB manage the game and learn it, take the pressure off of the youngster (Mariota), and the Bucs offense might look really nasty. (Good nasty...espescailly since we have a coordinator worth his salt...just need to give him a stable of stallions to work with.  He has two 1k receivers that are behemoths, and that's about it.  Gotta arm the guy for chrissakes!)Demarco is not going to break a bank.  Sign him.  Cut Martin/Rainey, whoever shines brighter in camp sticks)
