More and more are buying in to Austin Seferian-Jenkins' potential.Aside from a couple positions in Tampa Bay, it’s hard trying to project a positive outlook for many positions this upcoming season. But there is one position destined to have some success in 2015 and that’s the tight ends.More specifically, second-year player Austin Seferian-Jenkins is looked at by some to have a productive season. And as RotoWorlds’ Patrick Daugherty broke down some of the NFC’s best fantasy football options, ASJ was among them.“Now fully healthy, ASJ enters his sophomore season — typically the leap year for tight ends — with an improved supporting cast across the board, including at offensive coordinator. One of the league’s most creative users of tight ends, Dirk Koetter was coaxing career campaigns out of Marcedes Lewis before making late-career magic with Tony Gonzalez. Battling Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson for targets, ASJ will be up and down in 2015, but playing for a quarterback in Jameis Winston who loved to target his tight ends in the ACC.”There are several reasons to be excited for Seferian-Jenkins this season and the main reason was addressed by Daugherty in offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter. Yes, we’ve heard it before. But more and more are starting to buy into ASJ’s potential role in Koetter’s offense, whatever that may be.Let’s be cautiously optimistic still and understand that pads have yet to be donned this offseason. However, a full offseason with a playbook could lead to full understanding of the offensive philosophy the Buccaneers are trying to implement. Which will benefit Seferian-Jenkins tremendously.Also in Daugherty's article is rookie quarterback Jameis Winston who Daugherty says has a better supporting cast in Tampa Bay than he did at Florida State. He is projecting "four-touchdown afternoons" for the 21-year-old signal caller. Yes, "afternoons" as in more than one.In just a couple weeks, the Buccaneers will begin their road to improving from last season when they kick off training camp on August 1.
