The truth of the matter is that when Lovie Smith was hired, I was always skeptical of his getting the most out of this talent. Yesterday was an absolute scary thought of the future for this team underneath Lovie. First things first, if anyone doesn't believe Schiano would have had this team better than 2-14 last year and wouldn't get their ass kicked yesterday is a fool. I always thought he at least has his team prepared every week for their opponent. Yet, Lovie is so damn arrogant and his smart ass remarks when he got hired about how they were what their record said they were and made all these roster moves that frankly are a joke. Schiano was a coach and damn the Glazers for what they are putting us through. I am not saying he was Bill Belicheck or Mike Tomlin but my god at least he was freaking competitive. Guys, think about this Marcus Mariota shredded our so called defense in which our glorious coach took over play-calling this year. If I am Schiano, or even Leslie Frazier I am absolutely blown away at the non-discipline, lack luster motivation, and just joke of a team that we fielded yesterday. The Glazers have to be wondering what the hell is going on. These players need to be held accountable too:Evan Smith: JokeGosder Cherilus: really? Its just amazing to me to see what we have become and Lovie needs to stop getting a pass because he is a nice guy. Hell if I am Jason Licht I would be wondering what the hell is going on, why is Lovie not having his team prepared? No drive, no passion, no motivation. We as fans have put up with this shit for too long! This defense is not talented besides David, Alexander, McDonald and McCoy. No pass rush, no secondary, and explain to me this why in the HELL do we not blitz a rookie quarterback. When you front four don't even sniff Mariota its time to draw up some blitzes. At this point I am ready to turn it over to Leslie Frazier because the players can't be trusting Lovie at this point. Let's face it they are as embarrassed as we are. Time will tell but if we get blown out 1 or 2 more times he needs to go!
