How sweet would it have been to have won last week against the Redskins and have won against the Texans (damn you, Kyle Brindza)? This team should-a, would-a, could-a been 5-DASH-2 right now.Young team. Young teams make the mistakes that this team is making. Going forward, however, there are some key pieces in place. Need some help in the secondary and maturity in some other places.For the first time in quite a few years it seems like we've got some things to build on. That makes me hopeful, at least, despite the terrible disappointment of last week's collapse in DC. This team can become something.I know that many people want rid of Lovie Smith, but I'd hate to see them start over again with a new staff in 2016. I think, with the youth on this squad, continuity is important. The more experience I got, the more I started to understand how consistency and continuity is important to developing younger players. When you're young you may not see it, but when you've been around a few years, you recognize it.As always, though, I wish the best for my favorite team.
