Wow. It feels great to be able to say that again. I just watched the Chiefs beat the Raiders in KC to go 10-3. They are now 5-1 at home with their only loss to these Bucs.

These Bucs have won 4 in a row including Chicago and Seattle at home and KC and SD on the road. To win out West twice like that is impressive. Blowing out Chicago and Shutting out Seattle from scoring even one TD was more impressive.

These Bucs look different. The offense has had numerous injuries to starters. Russell Shepard has stepped up, Freddie Martino, Alan Cross, Quizz, Peyton Barber, Antoine Smith all stepped up. Thats just the players on offense.

Ceceil Shorts stepped up big time and made a fearless sacrifice for these Bucs, going over the middle of the field and holding onto the ball despite having every tendon in his knee destroyed on that one play.

These Bucs dont seem to realize that they are not supposed to be on a 4 game winning streak and tied for the division lead. These Bucs have had too many injuries. This is the point in the season where most teams with this many injuries are explaining why they are losing the division, not winning it.

Kevin Pamphile and Alt Vernon have worked hard for these Bucs through the loss of their precious family members. These Bucs have rallied around their wounded teammates and have given them support when they needed it the most.

It still may be a little early to define exactly who these Bucs are right now as they seek their true identity, all I know is these Bucs are not the same old Bucs, and that is plenty good enough to satisfy this Buc fan.
