All this talk of Revis's agent preferring his client to hit the open market as a FA than take a pay cut is missing a key point. They are ignoring the fact he could be TRADED w/o taking a pay cut, and his current contract is PERFECT for a team that sees themselves as just "1 player away" from winning a Super Bowl, for a ONE YEAR rental.
