Then follow that up with the hiring of Schiano...and the crap he brought into this teamI have reserved to the fact we have the correct staff right now.... BUT we cannot expect this team to all of a sudden get good in one year after the amount of trash that has been run through this organization for so many yearsThis team will get better BUT its gonna take some time and its gonna seem like its gonna get worse before its gonna get better...but I feel it will get better...and I think toward the end of this year we are gonna see a good football team again...and have some Momentum for 2015
