Need to address OT, DT, pass rusher and QB in the draft.

To me this team is not far from competing year in and year out with the big boys. They are knocking on the door and competing with far more talented teams as this year showed. The Bucs went the distance with talented teams like the Seahawks, Rams, Falcons, etc.

Bucs could have actually won more games if they played smarter football and coaching wasn't rusty IMVHO.

WR is more important than TE in this offensive scheme and with Godwin's injury it shows the Bucs need to draft a slot WR as depth in the mid rounds. I still like the upside of Watson and Miller. But to me Watson and Miller are going to be nice players for their respective roles.

Brate has been decent but he needs to be traded for a draft pick as I feel OJ Howard has finally surpassed him this season. OJ Howard was inconsistent with his blocking and using his body to shield from defenders for extra yards. But he actually started to understand that to be a dominant player he needs to be consistent two way TE. I anticipate Howard by next year being a dominant two way TE. Dominant blocker and pass catcher IMVHO. Some players take a while to find their footing and Howard is that type of player. Plus, Howard did miss a lot of real game experience due to injuries.

I liked what I saw from ROJO and I am not opposed to seeing Barber resigned on a short deal. But the Bucs do need to have another RB under contract long term with ROJO. Drafting a RB in 2020 is a good idea as it is loaded. Ogunbowale was also a nice surprise and he is progressing nicely.

Free agency is where I see the Bucs shoring up some areas here and there with veterans. But the draft is the key for the Bucs long term success.
