And I agree with you. Kirk was a POS
Would you mind sharing something Kirk said or did that would cause you to call him a POS?
All most people really can share are the same soundbites that have been debunked ad nausea. You see these same mischaracterizations over and over and over by the same people in the same bubbles.
The best videos debunking this stuff are from black folks. Some of them knew the lies going into it, but seeing several of them shocked by what he actually said is pretty satisfying. These people who are shocked by the full context of the video are usually pissed off that they've been lied to.
LMAO. That so ridiculous, but consider the source.
Race is useless topic to discuss because there's zero common ground to find. Thats why my comment are mostly about the Christian title and MORE IMPORTANTLY the way he CHOSE to deliver his message. Biggs, you are the wrong source for anything Kirk because you are the target market, right? A Sunday church going Christian Trump supporter. Anyway, the words are there in print and in video, so the idea that Kirk isnt "x" because a video shows people disagreeing is laughable because just read or watch for yourself and make your own decision (critical thinking).
NFL probably should keep out of the politics because it's a divisive topic because people are all very different from each other. They all hold their own beliefs about certain things. They like to publicly act like it's one side vs another to keep us divided and against each other. Distracted. Here's my take about the two they did publicly highlight. Both are dead and in my opinion neither should be. They both died in ways that could have been avoided and society publicly kinda missed what those were because they wanted to paint the one vs the other storyline more than any kind of root issue with what's going on.
Kind of what they do with everything. Maybe talk about "The PROBLEM" but they never really seem to have an answer for it. Other than some extreme answer if they do have one. So they can get clicks and have a whole discussion about it and get each other riled up. I mean there is something different every day for this. Im at the point of just calling it from both sides a giant political theater designed for their profits and for you to be districted and divided. Talking about shit that doesn't even matter while they get rich and laugh at everyone.
It's where I think things are with the whole political landscape. People get in their bubbles and know nothing else or don't want to see anything else. Fake news they'll say misinformation! Maybe people crawl out of their holes and start realizing that our history and human nature can point us in the right directions. Things we've already "learned"... right? Year 2025 like WTF guys.... We should be so much smarter and just wiser. Ever wonder why not?? its not the Bs they talk about on the news or loudest on your social media.
.
Lolz at “what Kirk said was taken out of context…”.
The logic of the mentally small and morally bereft.
“He was wearing the hood to protect his skin from the sun….”

Correct

Nobody is forcing you to agree he's a POS. You have your own set of values.
He asked me why and I gave my own set of reasons.
I have my own set of values.
Either way we can agree he was a polarizing figure and did not bring people together.
So why would the NFL choose to honor someone like that instead of all the other people killed this year due to gin violence?
The answer:
Money and bending the knee to the current administration.
It's not that complicated
all his videos are there for anyone to see. He didn’t pick on the weak, he simply left an open mic and let you present your case. And I agree with you. Kirk was a POS
Would you mind sharing something Kirk said or did that would cause you to call him a POS?
That's very easy to answer. Many examples, but I could give you one from right before his unfortunate murder. Just let me know if you honestly want it and I will post it. Its a pristine example.
Kirk was hardly a novel act. The political tool of the day is "us versus them" so on the right "own the libs" to build audiences. His campus stuff wansnt a dialogue, it was social media marketing videos built on "own the libs." Simple Google search. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ab6T-gFdGOU
To add:
I don't really see the point in this conversation but here you go, his own words:
https://youtu.be/4wFf75NKNc4?si=8m74a5sUtnXXbt3G
He pulls all the emotional strings that frustrate people on the right:
Wokeism
Transgender
Black crime
Immigration
Affirmative action
Etc
But it's how he messages it all with very clear subtext of white heritage. The civil rights act is bad... Transgender people should die. Blacks are killing whites.
All he did was divide.
And the circumstances surrounding his death are filled with inconsistencies. I won't pretend to understand the reason they've covered it up and swept it under the rug but there's countless examples... And there's zero reason to trust Kash Patel.
The NFL honoring him was fucking ridiculous... Both because of how divisive he was but also because he's just a podcaster that went to campuses and picked on the weak.
he was not racist, he followed the teachings of Christ and believed in them and thus informed and underpinned his worldview and beliefs.
youre absolutely off base on Charlie Kirk, he challenged a lot of sacred cows and he was purposely confronting. However, he simply was bold in his presentation.
He was murdered because of his effectiveness at causing people to think critically and question the propaganda they were conditioned to accept.
Why he was murdered is just as much up for debate as anything you listed.
And you know who else were devout Christians?
The KKK
Jihads are also devout Muslims
Being devout to your religion doesn't mean anything about your actual moral compass. In fact, it can often be used as a means to justify your sins.
