After reading the fab 5 article about the national media disrespect of the Bucs, one thing that stood out to me was the culture change that happened after Sapp came. Sapp is a once in a lifetime player that doesn't come around too often for many teams. Not only did he have the skills to be a dominant future hof'r but he was confrontational and you need that in this game.That is contagious and I see glimmers of it in Winston but after watching that Rams prime time game last season where Winston seemed like the only player who wanted it and his teammates did NOTHING when rams players roughed him up, I don't think it's enough.After watching the ASJ fiasco unfold I find myself wondering where's the leadership? We have no one who is willing to call ASJ on his shit and stick there foot up his ass for bitching on twitter.This team is non confrontational, soft, and doesn't scare anyone. To the Buc players, save your celebrations and td dances. Championships are won in the offseason and you guys are losing already. Get ready for 7-9.
