I'll just say this... I've been a part of coaching staffs that have been very prepared and staffs that have been incredibly unprepared. There is a very distinct difference in the ones that are unprepared when compared to prepared staffs. There are no easy plays for this offense. There are always easy plays for the opposing offense. When you dissect film throughout a week of preparation, you find tendencies that can be exploited and you take advantage of them come game time. No matter how good the defense, there are always weaknesses. We don't seem to ever exploit any weakness in an opponent... Ever. This team is poorly prepared every week... And it's quite evident if you're paying attention. Coaching staff needs to get off the crapper and COACH or they need to hit the road. And that's without saying anything about penalties. Don't even get me started on that.
