Tight windows

At draft time there were a few people who were worried about Winston's ability and willingness to throw the football into tight windows, but I told folks not to be concerned. He's doing exactly what I expected him to do, and that makes me very happy and excited for him and this team.This is a skill that is really necessary in the NFL. Yes, doing so will mean that over his career he will likely have a greater number of INT's than many fans would like, but because of that skill and willingness, Jameis Winston will make some critical completions that other QB's simply can't or won't make.I'm so pleased that he hasn't been afraid to make those throws at the next level.
