I'm thinking the Chargers or Rams would possibly be interested. Similar conditions. Low football IQ, casual overall interest in the game, ideal weather minus hurricanes, low attendance, heavy portion considered Madden aficionados.
Carolina could be a dark horse candidate. Arguably the most unintelligent fan base in the league aside from ours. However, strong attendance numbers.
