to me I want to seeDEOTWRTEin some combo in the 1st 2 picks. I don't care how we do it but it needs to be some combination of those 4 picks. the only exception is if we trade really far back and a corner like Gilbert or Dennard has somehow fallen to us or in the 2nd round, at that point I consider a CB
Donald.
to me hes a luxury pick as well. slightly smaller than Jernigan and he plays the same position as McCoy also. his talent is wasted as a nose tackle so its not worth a pick
im just saying if we go that route I am all about Donald in round two, where he will have been appropriately drafted. IF being the key. I would prefer QB/pass rush in 1/2, or vice versa. And if not pass rush, I would live a beast like Mathews(fool proof bloodlines), or Robinson. Who is alpha all the way. Guy is a stud. I agree, layering the DT position seems frivolous.
Looks like Jernigan showed out yesterday. All I can say is, if you crush the middle of the line, nothing else matters. We get more picks, more sacks, more fumble caused, more turnovers. Jernigan is a great kid that loves this game and will always come to the field prepared. I would take him before Clowney.
As and FSU guy, I would love walking out of the draft with him. If we can pull a DE, slot WR, nickle CB out of FA, then lets do it. I get moist thinking about a DL with Allen, McCoy, Jernigan, AC
If he's there in the 2nd, why not? But he won't be. And NO WAY we take him at 7

This makes me quite damp as well!
Moist and damp, all in one post. Well played, sir.

So do we take Mack at 7? Jernigan is the #1 DT in this draft and he's worthy of a top 10 pick. Attitude means a ton in the league when coupled with God given ability. I like Mack if he's available but have zero interest in anyone on the offensive side of the ball this early.

I like Watkins at 7 personally, but understand if folks dont want a WR that high.

Why do you think he is Better than Donald?

Jernigan is a more complete every down player. Like I said, Donald may have more splash in his game but Jernigan is a steady eddie, you can always count on Jernigan. Donald also needs to put on some weight. I would draft Jernigan all day long.

You think 15 lbs is a big difference? I read great things about both guys, but I certainly haven'tread that dDonald is inconsistent, or incomplete as a player

Would be happy with either, but tape on Donald says that if he doesnt beat his man off the snap then he often gets overwhelmed. He wont be able to do that as much at the next level so I would take Jernigan.
Donald's thighs are ridiculous. He is stout as all get out. I don't think he needs to add much weight if any. 300 lbs makes him a blend of balance and power that is unique. Really like Donald. It's a shame we couldn't slot him anywhere reasonably. Sigh.
