Titans didn't take O.J. Howard!

Whether Mariota and Winston like it or not, they're careers will be compared together; this is obvious. Mariota is, of course, a Titan, and they picked right before the Bucs this year. Instead of giving Mariota another weapon in Te O.J> Howard, they picked a corner, who probably won't be the next Deion Sanders. And, they let Winston get another weapon to play with. How did the Titans not see this?

I know the draft was months away, and talking about us drafting O.J. Howard is like beating as dead horse; but, I just can't help noting that the Titans let O.J. fall to the Bucs and Winston, instead of giving Mariota another weapon.
