First, there's been no confirmation they're changing the jersey - just the helmet and logo. Second, even if they did change the jersey - the old one doesn't suddenly become "not a Bucs jersey". Its instantly a throwback. I personally didn't take advantage of the sale but I don't see a problem for those who did.
It's still a Bucs jersey. The only regret would be if the name Joseph was on the back.
