Not saying that...just saying that Seattle - the Super Bowl Champions - were getting their face kicked in by our Buccaneers on their home turf. To me, that means the Bucs obviously have some talent and they're not a four year project. It's just one game in one season. The 2012 Bucs beat the Panthers twice. In 2013 the Bucs went 4-12 and Panthers 12-4.

We aren't 4 years away, we are one QB away. However long that takes is when we will be back in contention. Give us even Andy Dalton and we are competitive. At this point, QB is #1 and then #2 problem for us is getting out of our division where all 4 teams have the potential to be competitive.

The thing is by the time you fix the offensive line, what happens to all the other pieces? If you're talking about replacing everyone up front but Dotson, by the time that happens Vincent Jackson is going to be completely washed up, Darrelle Revis will be on the wrong side of 30, and Doug Martin could easily be in Carnell Williams land.

I dont think it takes that long to fix the OL. It could easily be done this offseason. Im not talking about taking it from a bottom 5 to a top 5, but it shouldnt be that hard to move from the bottom five to the 10-15 range. Cut Zuttah and Joseph and create $10 mil in space. You dont have to go out and sign the top level guys, but it shouldnt be that difficult to grab a couple decent guys in FA and draft one or two more.
