Agree. Best case is that Bowles has the people he needs to be successful and we build off of what he helped accomplish. Continuity is so key for the success of this organization & culture. I’ve come around to Bowles, wasn’t always a fan, but he did a great job last season. I’m cautiously optimistic for the first time, in a long time.Would think he keeps his job if Bucs make playoffs again
