I, for one would be excited to have a DE with his potential. Here's why Licht drafting him makes sense if Licht stays:
1) He will be 20 years old on draft day
2) He played at a high level as a 19 year old
3) He took over the Bowl game as a Freshmen
4) Has ideal size and strength
5) Plays great in big games
6) Has a high motor
7) Grades well vs run and as a pass rusher
If you are the type who doesn't walk under ladders or behind black cats you may be worried because he's from Clemson, but he sure looks the part. I am willing to roll the dice for a potential elite edge rusher and I dont care what school he went to personally
