What I look for in an offensive playcaller is creativity, goal line offense, an ability to break-down a defense, and adjust to your personnel. Here are my top 5, in no particular order

Sean McVay
Josh McDaniels

Frank Reich
Brian Daboll

Greg Roman/Kevin Stefanski
One of the things that make this hard is the quarterbacks each have had to work with. Take McDaniels for example. He was great with Brady, but didn't look so hot with Newton and those shitty WR's. But you still saw creativity and scheming guys open with Newton. Newton just couldn't take advantage of it.
