Tough loss but the team is heading in the right direction

I like the effort showed out there, but the team needs more talent on defense and more offensive continuity.  I like what I am seeing from the other young guys.  I do questions some of the play of the vets, but that is not the main concern.  I like where Lovie and Licht is taking this team in terms of team building, and the identity they want on both sides of the ball and special teams.  And my final thought would be that Dotson should receive a new extension IMVHO.
