I’m not into fantasy football types of trades in real football, but damn would this be good for both teams. Washington has Young on the trade block and we should have Devin on the block. Throw JTS in for good measure.

Same thing I thought Biggs.....That would basically be a 3rd and a rental for the rest of the year for Washington, doubt they'd be willing to sign Devin to a 20mil annual contract he's looking for. Don't get me wrong I'd be okay with it from the Bucs standpoint provided Young has more than just the rest of this year on his contract ( haven't done any research on that)

Young is a free agent. White is a free agent. So you are willing to give up a 3rd round pick and get nothing out of it. Luckily, you aren't GM. For Licht, you'll have to pry his draft picks out of his cold dead hands. No draft picks will be traded just to make us better this year, like it or not.

I haven’t been satisfied with Devin’s play for a long time. He has proven to be an average MLB with flashes of brilliance. I didn’t like the JTS pick since the day we drafted him and he has proven to be no more than an athletic run around blocks guy. I’m good with not re- signing Devin, because it would be a waste of money for what he’s looking for. For some reason, Washington is putting Young on the block, more so because of injuries. Instead of getting nothing for Devin, why not see what we can get for him and a pick? Now football geniuses… go!

Nobody is disputing this. What is being challenged is why would Washington trade a guy who is going to be a free agent next season in Chase Young for another (lesser) player that is going to be a free agent next season in Devin White? Simply for the joy of having JTS on their squad next season?

Nah id give away JTS for nothing would be willing to cut him tbh 3rd year player who has shown as much as cam gill, the coaches are just banking on potential at this point, im sure JPP would still outplay him
