Ledyard talks about the trade down idea, and I've heard SR mention it as well. Trading out of the first round to move down a bit into the second round. The issue is that the Bucs won't have a ton of room on the roster for rookies this year, so according to them accumulating extra picks would only make sense if you are getting more picks for next year.

But I think don't think that's the only angle. I would like to see the Bucs consolidate into four top 100 picks. I would focus on trading down into the early to mid 2nd, possibly also deal a late rounder to get it done -->

Pick up an extra 3rd round pick so that you can get four good picks in Day 2, two 2nds and two 3rds.

Those picks should develop into future starters if all goes well. Its true, whatever picks in the later rounds may be destined for the practice squad with this team. That's why the Bucs should focus on getting four good future starters on Day 2. I think we'll have room for four top 100 caliber rookies. That's my Bucs draft strategy.
