The Las Vegas Raiders own the 19th overall and a need for ILB, namely, Kenneth Murray. Another team that might want ILB Murray could be the Atlanta Falcons, who own the 16th overall selection. I'd be planting this seed into GM Mayock's head early if the top-4 OTs are gone by the 11th pick.
Vegas also owns three 3rd rounders with the 80th, 81st, and 91st. [For the Meers chart, any of the third rounders + 19th is overpayment by Vegas. For the Cowboys (Jimmy Johnson) trade chart, it's a slight underpayment by Vegas.]
A possible trade:
.. Vegas gets 14th overall
.. Bucs gets 19th overall and one of the top two 3rd rounders (80th or 81st)
Bucs would then have:
19th (1st) OT Jones/Jackson
45th (2nd)
76th (3rd)
81st (3rd)
117th (4th)
139th (4th)
161st (5th)
194th (6th)
Tampa can use its 76th and 117th to trade up into the bottom of the 2nd round nab either S Chinn or S Duggar.
