Tre Boston definitely wouldn't fit in with the Bucs.

Yes he is coming off a good season including Top Ten Performance Week 17 in 2017. Yes he had five interceptions last year and "garnered all pro consideration." But thats ancient history. What have you done for us lately?

But it wouldn't work. He's 25 and in his prime, so he wouldn't fit with the Bucs defense. We are greenhorn rookies and long in the tooth veterans. Having a defensive player in his prime would mess up the team chemistry for sure. Nobody would talk to him, except maybe Alexander who talks to everybody.

He's talking to the Cardinals over there in Arizona, but not to the Bucs here in his own back yard, a team who need a safety as bad as anybody. But that would be too close to home. He would probably get fat from home cooking.

If we added Boston it might make our defense better, which would ultimately make the offense jealous. So all in all I'd say that this is a horrible idea so don't even think about it.

The Arizona Cardinals need to add another name to the secondary, specifically a safety.

Still looking at their options to do so, the Cardinals met with former Los Angeles Chargers safety Tre Boston on Wednesday and Thursday, according to 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station’s John Gambadoro.

A fourth-round selection in the 2014 NFL Draft by Carolina, Boston spent three years with the Panthers before playing for the Chargers.

The 25-year-old started 15 games in 2017, recording 56 tackles, five interceptions and eight passes defensed.

Bohanon and Boston's camps are at North Fort Myers High June 23 and June 30, respectively, while Campbell returns to his alma mater for a camp on July 14.

“Lots of our former athletes are doing things,” said Iris DeHoyos, Boston’s mom. “They don’t forget where they came from. The athletes from Lee County are doing something for their communities, not just in cities where they play.”

Boston, a safety, had five interceptions and 79 tackles last season for the Los Angeles Chargers while garnering All-Pro attention. He started his career with the Carolina Panthers
